Lifetime Pet Cover; Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award Winner 2020
Lifetime Pet Cover has kicked off 2020 with a bang after being awarded the new Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award.
Each year, the most highly rated companies on Feefo, a trusted online review platform, are recognised with the prestigious Gold Trusted Service Award. For 2020 they’ve gone one step further with the Platinum Award which celebrates companies that have provided exceptional customer service consistently for at least 3 years running.

Our new Platinum award is about consistent achievement, sustained over three years by a business of any size that uses Feefo to provide outstandingly high levels of customer experience."
Great customer service is integral to Lifetime Pet Cover and we’re always incredibly proud when that is recognised by Awards like Feefo’s. Receiving the Gold Trusted Service Award in 2017 proved to our team that we’re providing the quality of service we’ve worked towards. Following that up with receiving the same award for the next 2 years and now this Platinum Award has been a great source of pride for our Customer Service team.
