Insurance Choice Awards 2020 Finalist

We’re honoured to announce that Lifetime Pet Cover have been named a finalist in the Best Pet Insurance Provider category in the Insurance Choice Awards 2020.

This announcement marks the fourth consecutive year that we have been recognised by this customer driven award which aims to find the most customer-focused insurers, brokers and their partners.

In the three previous years that we have been finalists, Lifetime Pet Cover were named the Best Pet Insurance Provider in 2017 and 2018 as well as winning the Treating Customers Fairly Champion award in 2017.

The Insurance Choice Awards, run by Smart Money People, are different to many other awards because they are driven by customer reviews and not selected by a panel. This is why being named a finalist means so much to our team who strive every day to provide an excellent level of customer service.

What are the Insurance Choice Awards?

Now in their fifth year, the Insurance Choice Awards put real customers in the driving seat through the power of their reviews in a quest to find, recognise and award the most customer-focused insurers, brokers and their partners.

These awards are run by Smart Money People, the UK’s leading review and insight website for financial services. Jacqueline Dewey, CEO of Smart Money People, said “Whilst we’re all still being impacted by these difficult circumstances, it’s great to see so many companies asking their customers to vote for them.
